Disability Confident is a UK Government scheme that aims to promote good disability inclusion practice to organisations.

We are a Disability Confident Leader (Level 3) and take care to ensure good EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) practices in all our operations. For us, the scheme has given us a chance to step back and consider how we can best care for our team, along with how we recruit staff from a wider talent pool.
